I have a 2 year old female Schnauzer that I recently adopted. She's in good health according to the vet however, I'm wondering if I should give her any vitamin supplements to maintain her health?
I feed her a mixture of Orijen dry and Canidae Pure canned food which are premium foods. Any thoughts?

Re: Supplements
If your schnauzer has no health issues and is being fed a premium dog food, you should not need to supplement with vitamins. Some vitamins and minerals are needed in a particular balance which the best foods should be providing so adding extra may actually be detrimental while other vitamins which are water soluble will just be flushed out and so not worthwhile.
