Thanks for all your help over the year

The Standard Schnauzer is a working or utility dog and is the original breed of the three sizes. Standard Schnauzers are generally a robust, squarely built, medium-sized dog with aristocratic bearings.

Hi

Well is nearly a year since Our little Rosa became our lives, and it's been a tough year , she went from this Image

To this now

She still has her problems with being frightened, but she is improving all the time,

Thanks to all who gave advice over the last year.

For the info of all you wonderful people who responded to my pain, we have decided not having a SS in our lives leaves much too big a hole. We are now in line for a young man from Steinhaus kennels in Surrey bc. Mom had 8 puppies, 6 male and 2 female. They are now about one month old. We are traveling to view the litter this week. The dawn of a new era for us. We can only pray that he will be as wonderful a dog as our Kaiser. We are aware that we are looking a 2 yrs of temporary insanity as SS are infamous for their terrible twos. At least this time we can anticipate this raucous period and even handle it better than last time. We can hardly wait for this little man to come into our lives.

Well all I can say is a standard schnauzer is one special dog, she challenges us on a daily basis with her intelligence and stubborn drive .
After 5 half years she still loves dog camp, been a member since 16 weeks old and loves every minute as you can see from the photo
