As you sign in blood when you join the forum, to promise to post before and after pics :-) - here is Tess:

We asked for a 'puppy cut, with a nod to a Schnauzer cut' .. which I think she pulled off great.

Before (took her to the groomer straight from the garden, hence muddy !!):

Think your groomer got the brief spot on. Tess looks very smart but you can still see she's a cute pup (*)
Horace, Bearded Collie X, rescued 1984, left us 1993, aged 15 approx
