Oscar and Sasha's toys are here waiting to be played with, whilst they are at the groomers.
I don't know about anyone else but the house feels so empty when they are not in it

Re: Toys....
Fantastic, all Otto's toys are kept tucked away in an ottoman (very apt!). OH says only 3 toys out at a time, he jumps into the ottoman, I point at all of them and he selects the ones he wants and then the top gets shut... how mean is that His toys are having a turn around in the washer this morning. That was after I had to retrieve them when he pulled them out. Difficult to say which ones will make it through. There is always a casualty as they fight their way out of the pillow case. Got a feeling that his favourite sheep might not make it this time.
Yes, no heart in the home unless they are there, especially I imagine when you have two.

Re: Toys....
Julie you are not the first person who has told me they tidy their dogs toys away, I have been to the houses of friends and you would not even know they have a dog, as the toys are all tidied away nicely.
I do try and keep them in a tidy pile but I guess they do look messy
Anyway, pooches all back now and looking (and smelling great).

Both of them are looking great, Mike.
I think it's impossible for any schnauzer owner to hide the fact that they have a schnauzer if the dog's at home when the visitors come to the front door
Rosie and Edie's toys are tidied away every night before bedtime and left in a basket for them to take next day, as and when they want them. They each have a favourite and it's funny to watch the deliberate wind up when one takes the others favourite toy and parades it past them in an attempt to set up a chase.

Re: Toys....
I have seen that so often, usually Sasha "setting up the chase" by taking one of Oscars favourite toys

Re: Toys....
Barney likes to take his toys outside and make a pile of them, they have to be brought in every night. he always manages to sneak another out just as I think Ive got them all He also has a pile that he adds to of old footballs, pine cones, Frisbees and empty plastic bottles that stay outside.
I have to say you're very restrained if that's the amount of toys you have for 2 dogs

Re: Toys....
There are a load more toys that have been 'retired' to the under-stairs cupboard, to be brought out at a later date
