skin bumps

BARF refers to Biologically Appropriate Raw food or Bones and Raw Food. It is where owners have decided to feed their Schnauzer a natural diet of raw meat, bones, and organs. If you are considering this for your Schnauzer, you will find lots of handy tips here.

skin bumps

Post by kenwolfe528 »

I used to have a male mini that I adopted when he was 12 yrs old. During the 2 yrs I had him prior to his death he developed what I can only describe as "bumps" or skin tags.
I recently adopted a two year old mini that just started developing the same type of skin condition. Anyone know what this is and what I can do?

There was a thread on the topic of "skin bumps" previously on the Forum which may help:

viewtopic.php?f=49&t=22570&p=294188&hilit=Bumps#p294188" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I would check with your vet for a diagnosis though as there are a number of different causes for skin issues and treatment would depend on what has caused them.

There is also a link here to an American website regarding "Schnauzer bumps":
