It was a lovely day yesterday so I thought I'd give Barney a long overdue bath on the patio to save tidying up inside. I thought we'd keep to clean paths this morning rather than the cliff paths which with heavy dews can end up with mucky dog. I like to keep him looking clean for a day at least

Fortunately there were a couple of horse troughs on the way back to the car so he got dumped in those, the nice clean towels I'd put in the car didn't last long. He still needed another wash though

He said I've only got myself to blame. He never would have seen the pheasant if I hadn't trimmed his eyebrows extra short the night before Can't argue with that kind of logic
