Yesterday we made the very difficult decision to say goodbye to our beautiful giant schnauzer, Holly. She had made it to the great age of 17 years & 5 months. She was our life & myself & husband are heartbroken. The house is so empty without her, it's awful. She gave us so many years of love & we will never forget her. Good nite my sweet gentle giant. RIP Holly xx

What a wonderful age Holly reached. I know too well how you feel having lost my beautiful boy on 1st May. My thoughts are with you and although it may feel a long way off, one day you will be able to smile at the wonderful times you had together.
Man cannot survive with wine alone...
we also need a schnauzer.

Hi Jo

Gosh that was a good age for Holly to reach she would certainly have given you so much over 17yrs+ plenty wonderful memories there to look back on in time.

I know exactly how you are feeling having lost my precious girl Suzi on the 13th April just 4 wks short of her 13th birthday !

The house is so empty without them they certainly leave a huge gap in our life . It's still very raw for us too as only 6wks ago which has dragged by for us.

No matter what we all say to each other on this wonderful forum it doesn't ease the pain but it lets us all know that we are here for each other with support when we lose our wonderful schnauzers.
