I think it's fair to say she has enjoyed herself today!
I found sand....it's great for digging!
Exploring the sea
Watching other dogs playing ball....I was too excited today!

Looks like a good day out
Shes growing fast
Its funny, dogs that don't go to the beach much always seem to dig in the sand. Barney who goes at least twice a week never digs
He likes shell collecting

It was so funny...as soon as she found the sand she started!
We found a crabs leg too and brought it back to daddy!
Yes she is definitely growing....too fast!!! But enjoying every bit of it...she's such a positive addition to our family!

Ioli had a mix of fascination and horror on her face the first time she saw a little crab on the beach " They breed the biggest spiders down here AND they run sideways!"
Looks like Lolah had the bestest day ever

Lol. This post has been bumped by recent posts, but I remember that day very well.....was definitely a milestone for Lolah that I won't forget. Love seeing puppies first experiences!

Sorry Nika - but that gave me a belly laugh
.
Ioli went off on one yesterday in the caravan fields chasing a rabbit - I watched helplessly as she gracefully leapt like a Springbok into a tractor tyre trench of thick black mud. When she eventually deigned to come back she was stinking but was so proud of herself I couldn't be too cross - "Did you see Mum? Did you? I nearly got it didn't I?"

I know that one too! Ioli helped me wash the caravan last week ....well I say helped - as I trained the hosepipe on the caravan and the water came out of the hose in a lovely arc, the spray was repeatedly broken by a scruffy Schnauzer doing a fly through
.
Never seen such a little dog be able to leap and twist and turn mid-air with such agility before.
