Schnauzer walks

Post by 1000vivien »

Hi, does anyone know of any Schnauzer walks in the Reading area coming up. Don't mind travelling 10 miles out in any direction. We were just getting our 6 month old m/s socialised in the park when she came into season! Has only been on solitary lead walks for last 3-4 weeks so we need to get out there again! We are quite close to DBARC so will be going there on fete day in July.

There's a group on Facebook called Schnauzer Walks in Central and Southern Britain. They normally have walks often , it's a little quiet at the moment as the admin are about to move house . Once settled in organising of walks will begin again . It's there for anyone to post a meet up at there choice of venue .

There is a monthly walk in Beckenham Park (BR3 5HG) that I go to but I'm assuming that is a little too far from Reading?

Hi,
I'm in South Manchester, does anyone know if there is a walking group? I've recently moved to the area with my mini Charlie.
Thanks

Welcome to the Forum :)

Hopefully some Forum members will be able to help you with this but there is also a Facebook group "Schnauzer Walks Birmingham, Warwickshire & surrounding areas"
which may also be of interest. There are many schnauzer groups now around the country who organise walks and meet-ups and quite a few do use Facebook as a good way of keeping up to date with events for anyone interested. They are friendly groups from my experience and a great chance to meet other schnauzer enthusiasts :)
