Great that you are organising day care :-)
Regarding exercise do be aware that in a slow maturing breed you must be careful to limit exercise in the first couple of years in order not to risk structural issues with bones and ligaments. There are two useful links here to check out:

Think mental exercise rather than just physical exercise and find a quality dog training class or online guide to training your dog with positive reinforcement and challenging games :-)
