Recommendations for harnesses?

Found a nice dog coat? Found a cozy pub that's Schnauzer friendly or even a Schnauzer friendly B&B. Feel free to share it here. Basically anything that we would want to buy for our Schnauzer goes here.

Recommendations for harnesses?

Post by mookie&me »

I have used a basic harness on Mookie since we could first go out on walks, and as she was growing I didn't spend a fortune on it. Now she's getting bigger I want to get her something that feels more comfortable - padded, preferably.

Does anyone have recommendations? If you can post pics of what your dogs look like in them, I'd be very grateful [camera]

Thank you!

We have used the "Puppia" harness for Eddie. It is very light and seems comfortable although we don't use it much anymore. I find it is easier to "steer" him when the lead is clipped to his collar.
You can see them on this link. https://www.elmoswardrobe.com/products/ ... 4wodSyzpkQ

This is what Eddie looks like wearing it.

I have two, a 'perfect fit' harness from Dog Games and a sports harness and lead by Hurrtta. Both are brilliant.

I dont use harnesses anymore, i used to with my shih tzu in the very beginning bt only a standard one from P@H but i have a few friends who love their harnesses (not literally theirs) and give them rave reviews. the two most popular ones have heard talked about are ruffwear and ezydog but have also heard good reviews of the puppia ones.
the ruffwear webmaster harness seems the most popular of the two ruffwear products:

and the ezydog one has a special foam bit in the front to make it more comfortable for the dog. both seem very good! (bigthumbs)

hope these help even though i can't personally recommend anything.

Eddie looks very dignified in that picture.
Is that "Tom Cruise" that he's posing with? [laughing]

What ever turns you on Girls (giggle)

I think I liked Indiana jones Dad my god.......that vioce........best james bond ever....

Right back to the post use to use Harnesses but Gemma found that if she walked back wards she slipped out of them stright away no matter what harness we tried the other girls were fine in them.
the thinner the harness straps around the chest the more fur they lose.
