I would have thought you would need to keep them glued until after shes finished teething not just 6 days. The cartilage fully sets after that time, up until then they can go up and down like a yoyo, mainly up If they show signs of lifting again I'd glue them again provided shes got enough ear hair on the inside to glue rather than skin.
