Likewise, one of the great things about the weekend was being able to say hello in person to the people and dogs you feel you know already [/quote]
Yes - I enjoyed that side of it too - I also enjoyed meeting your OH Alison as he is a kindred spirit for striding out and nattering .
What absolutely fascinated me was the way all those dogs ran and played happily together - no grumbles, no aggression just the sheer joy of galloping on a beach. Looking forward to the next one

It's lovely to see a pack of schnauzer together, generally they just get each other I have met so many lovely people through Schnauzer Walks, some have even become close friends

Thank you for the respite Gave me chance to do more nattering and not have to keep up with OHGina wrote: Yes - I enjoyed that side of it too - I also enjoyed meeting your OH Alison as he is a kindred spirit for striding out and nattering .

I completely agree with your observation about how all the dogs just get on together. It was something I found on the last walks we did and even more so this time. Our dogs too seemed to settle straight into it. Duke has been a bit nervous in the past & got a little bit wound up before the off on both days, but once we got going, he was obviously in doggy heaven & I swear they all had grins of joy on their faces
