Re: Boris goes Bronze
Congratulations Boris
Bonnie also (miraculously) passed her bronze on Thursday . I was stressed from being late back from work with no time to get packed for our weekend away the next day, and OH was stressed re contractor workmanship at our house, so Bonnie did not arrive at the hall with calm vibes ready for the test. We arrived at the hall embarrassingly late and Bonnie just wanted to run around with the other dogs as I'd failed to ensure she'd had the opportunity to let off steam before we went (I had asked my son to take her for a run envisaging a run with his girlfriend's dog but he literally put on his running shoes and ran with her which for her was boring as no interaction with other dogs involved).
She just about managed to scrape through the exercises but nowhere near as well as she'd done in her normal training sessions - I was sure the examiner was going to say "not ready" so was flabbergasted to hear she'd passed . Have to admit though, it really will be a miracle if she manages to get to the Silver award !
