Tree climbing

Post by Hugox »

Anyone else's Schnauzer / Schnauzer cross like climbing lol

Hugo loves climbing trees and has before now climbed pretty high up given the chance!

Don't know if it's a Schanuzer / Poodle or just a doggy trait but I'm starting to think he is half Goat

Lovely pics...I have one of each breed so think he is showing his poodle roots here.
He looks very fit!

He can also climb a step ladder into the loft. He is part mountain goat, from sitting he can vertical jump onto the grooming table, 31 inches, had to measure because I couldn't believe it, landing on all four paws on top just like a goat =))

Thank you :) Hugo is a little adventurer who doesn't stop so keeps him fit and active esp the heights at which he can climb lol tree, cliffs / rocks...nothing stops him trying lol.

Fantastic photos! Don't think Hugo has ever tried a step ladder yet!

My Basil also likes high up places but doesn't jump on the grooming table! Must be my technique as he goes the other way if he thinks I am getting the scissors out!

My trouble is stopping him jumping off things as he is fearless and will jump from very high up if allowed. Heart in mouth moments for me as I think of the damage he could do.

Oh my goodness! I do hope your Hugo's namesake doesn't start this trick, he's causing enough grey hairs standing on terra firma! :-o
Your boy is gorgeous! He looks very much 'king of the castle' in those pics.

Lol you'd never catch Hugo jumping on the grooming table either haha

Aww bless Hugo, and he looks like such an angel hehe I would love to say they grow out of stressing they're humans out but they have a way of surprising us!
