Hi Julie - not sure if you have been able to post the question you wanted to ask?

If you go to the relevant topic heading for your query in the Board Index and go into that section, you should see a button labelled 'New Topic'.(in red top left) If you click on that it will allow you to ask a question or post information/ advice etc.

Hope that helps :-)
