Thanks for that Sharon. Some of the prices look good.
Some are more what I pay though, as I get lamb bones free and the chicken frames [the once he orders in] from my butchers only cost 77p/kg. The once he has left, I get free.
I also get beef bones free.
I did a bit of calculating and I'm actually going to Barf 3 Giants with the same money I would kibble feed 2. Not bad (cool)

Hi Beth

I can feed Chester for 2 months from Raw to Go and it only costs £26 (including £9 delivery)

Look them up all the food is already prepared to the 80/10/10 ratio , you just need to weigh it out

Hope you are well (bigthumbs)

I use them and have been for a couple of months now

Cant fault them really, they deliver when they say they are going to deliver and the prices are cheap. My last order was for 2 months worth of food and only came to £26 incl. £9 delivery!

Most important of all Chester absolutley loves it! He comes running (dogrun) for his breakfast & dinner

So it still costs more then using a 15 + KG bag of good quality food, which is something you have to think about when on a budget.

I suppose it depends on what food you use, but it works out 43p per day for me, also depends on the size of schnauzer!!!:)

I *wish wish wish* I had more freezer space!

This looks such good value, but Claude's food space is restricted to the freezer compartment in the fridge...

bah!

We recently moved into a house with a very small freezer, but i haven't found barf feeding too much harder, yes being able to buy a chest freezer full can be cheaper but it can be done with a small space, it just takes a little imagination and regular stops at the reduced section of the meat aisle in the evening for cheap tasty treats (fortunately there is a Tesco's on my way home!). I have never had a huge freezer and it does take a bit of planning, and restraint not to go mad and buy loads when you find a bargain, but it adds a bit of fun hunting out the bargains. I did like the Raw To Go site, and being in Abergaveny means they should deliver to us, if so I am giving real thought to buying their selection pack with some bones to see what the girls, and my freezer space, thinks to it.

;) Thanks Nikki, since then I've BARFed and then gone back onto kibble. It was very cheap if you went to the right places.

I have just ordered from this place - it is chicken only but I have been struggling to get chicken necks and this seemed a good price £23 for 300 necks (15kg).

They also do a combo platter for anyone wishing to try a variety of chicken such as mince, wings, necks and carcasses.

Fantastic service so far - I ordered at 1.45pm today and had an e-mail just after 2pm to say my goods were just being despatched and I should get them tomorrow :-bd

For years now I have used https://www.dogfoods4u.co.uk buying various BARF complete formulas, what I like about this retailer is the ability to select a box from various different ranges. I often use the Just range to allow me to make a DIY meal that is complete from home
