Does anyone use the gallery and an Ipad to upload photo's to it?
I would appreciate it if someone could write an easy to follow guide on how to get photo's from an Ipad into the gallery and then into a forum post.
I don't have an Ipad, so cannot do it.
Help would be appreciated.

I offer my advice freely, but I am not an expert, breeder, groomer or behaviourist. It is simply my experience of raising pups in a way that seems to make sense.

Re: Gallery and Ipad
Thank you Dean and Jo for assistance with downloading photos from my IPad to the Forum. Have tried the suggestion but my ipad is a mini and it says I need Adobe Flash Player and that this is not compatible!
But...I managed to download the photos to my desktop computer and then the gallery and thought success. Unfortunately the photos came out upside down! All my fault but I will persevere tomorrow as I have two lovely photos of my lovely Billy and my sons two minis who have been staying with us. I am off now for a lie down and a bar of chocolate!!!

Re: Gallery and Ipad
I see your problem now. The default way of uploading photo's is to use Flash, which you don't have on Apple products. IT can be changed using the drop down list to the right. There are 3 options to choose from. Flash, HTML5 and basic.
I've changed the recommended one from Flash to HTML5. That should be compatible with Apple products. If there are problems, let me know.
Once you have uploaded the photo, you can edit it by clicking on it. This will allow you to rotate it, so that it shows the right way up. I'll edit the one you have uploaded already.
PS Enjoy your nap and chocolate.

Re: Gallery and Ipad
Hi Barbara
I have an iPad mini ( ) and now always use the Gallery to upload photos, much easier than Photobucket and the like ;)
I believe I found a workaround to the Flash issue, as follows:
Go to Gallery > My Gallery > Upload Photo
On the 'Create/Order My Albums' screen, choose an upload option (far right-hand side of the screen). From the drop-down list, select the 'Simple - one file at a time' option.
Then proceed as Jo indicates above. This gets rid of the error message. Once you have selected this option once, it seems to stay as your default upload method.
Good luck & we look forward to seeing the results
